“upgraded” to a Business account in September for the benefit of having my company name displayed on customer’s caller ID. Took 2.5 hours to switch, cost me $35 more per month, and the only option I wanted has never worked. Called customer support multiple times and yet nothing has been fixed!!! Trust me Go Across The Street to T-Mobile or ATT.

Great store location. Danielle was super helpful and made it really easy to understand what was going on with my phone and helped troubleshoot my issue with ease. Short wait too. Super clean store.

Terrible customer service. Very dismissive and unwilling to show any help or support with my issue. You would think a corporate store would go the extra mile to help a customer instead of brushing them off.I'm totally looking for another phone provider after today's Sh1t show@

Employees were rude, told my nephew he needed a new phone because the screen was cracked and she said he had an LED issue as well. She said the insurance would just send out a new phone. My nephew really wanted that phone as there was valuable photos and other information on it. When we went across the street to 'you break it, we fix it,' they said it was a easy fix with just the glass screen itself and we were misinformed by the Verizon people. He was able to keep his phone and get a new screen from 'you Break it, we fix it' with just paying it an insurance deductible. Verizon, on the other had told him that if he wanted to keep that phone, he would have to pay everything out of pocket. They need to learn more at verizon. Do better verizon

I am a senior that just retired - my company allowed me to keep my company phone. I had to port it to a new service. Verizon scammed me into setting up an account and then charging me for an early cancellation of that service. It was a 5 minute conversation with their customer service representative who told me I would see a charge but it would be credited to me. I never had an account with them. The same day I went to US Cellular and ported the phone and set up an account with them. The next thing I knew I received a bill in the mail from Verizon. I disputed it with their billing customer service but they refused to even listen to me on what happened. Now I have to pay $355.17. What a scam company. Do not trust Verizon!!!

Very unprofessional. I'd definitely never buy any phone at this location, you can tell all they care about is making a sell, I went there because after 6hrs on the phone w customer care they came to the conclusion that they would be able to help me but as soon as I walked in there, I wasn't greeted, the rep once she seen that she couldn't help me she just moved on, manager on service unprofessional as well, I was already frustrated due to customer service not helping and the store rep and manager didn't make it no better at all. I will be canceling Verizon and moving to a different carrier soon.

Don’t go here if you plan on trading in a device from any online purchase. They won’t accept it even if you chose this location to drop off the device. Highly upset. If I wanted to ship off the device, I would have picked that as the option instead of “DROPOFF AT THIS LOCATION AND THEY WILL HANDLE THE REST”

Todd was very helpful in assisting us with getting the 2nd line all set up with our new phone. He didn’t make us feel rushed either, even though we walked in like a half hour before close. Solid experience!

Absolutely horrible, ZERO stars! I will be switching from Verizon (who I have had for over 15 years years) to a new cell phone provider solely because of the continued incompetence of this location.This store is full of employees that cannot do their job. As a large company, who specializes in technology, they should be able to help with SIMPLE requests. I can call Southwest Airlines to "fix" my name with no problem or troubleshoot online banking with greater ease and support than I can with Verizon!Most current example of their incompetence: we have 6 total lines and I wanted to make everyone an authorized manager and everyone's phone number to be associated with their "name". In turn the lady whom I worked with changed my name (the owner of the account for OVER 15 years!) to a name that does not exist. Then she changed other names to be incorrect, as well. I have now spent over 12 hours in the store, calling 611 and chatting on Verizon's website to "fix" this problem with no help. In the end I will have to return to this horrific store for them to "fix" the problem, which we know they will struggle to do so. When I will be entering this Verizon to fix their error and they ask for my ID, they will try to not service me because the "owner" of the account is a made up fictional character whom we do not have an ID for - no one appears to be able to fix this problem because of an inept employee at this branch who caused this mess!Additionally, when you have an appointment scheduled, one should not be waiting 30+ minutes before someone helps (and in the end make things worse).Verizon will be losing a customer for over 15 years because of this branch!EDIT: The form provided by the "owner" is not available : "the form was not found - it may have been deleted by another user"

Checking in was done in a nice way, so nobody can complain of being passed in the queue. Wait time was a little bit more than expected. My phone problem was solved easily.

Sick of long lines?Want help now?Go to the store in Hales Corner.No wait and they have plenty of time to help you with all your needs rather than telling you to call customer service.From now on I'll always go there instead!

This store was great. Of course, I went on a weekday, early afternoon. Was immediately greeted and told I would be helped shortly - and I was. The rep knew his stuff and I was in and out in about an hour or so. All-in-all, it was a pleasant experience.

I was not happy with my experience at this particular store: Neither the salesman OR the manager were listening to what my husband and I wanted. They only continued to push their OWN agenda of making a sale and even tried to offer us $100 credit in accessories, because the salesman told the manager that we "weren't going to buy anything." Never seen Verizon so pushy and focused on the money, instead of actually helping my husband and I. Disgusted.

I called to get a 4 month service plan for my iPad. The lady told me it was $100 total if I prepaid for all 4 months. After I set up payment she then sent me the agreement that said $100/month. I then asked to cancel, because I was misinformed. She transferred me to a different line that put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called them back and they hung up on me again.
