“I can't believe how fast and friendly this post office trip was!
I walked in to return a package using a QR code- my first time doing that. They were super efficient, the employees were incredibly friendly and I was in and out within 2 minutes.”
“Whoever the carrier was on Arthur St., Menasha, WI this past week (03/23/26-03/28/26), I would love to have him on my route permanently. Friendly, polite, very helpful and hard working. I would be disappointed if the previous carrier returned.”
“My package took way longer to arrive than it should have, but that's not the local post offices fault. The reason for the five star review is the local service. I called from out of town with no tracking number and even told the very pleasant lady the wrong date that the package was sent out. She still managed to track it down, called me back and told me what was going on with it. A couple days later she called to tell me the package would be arriving that day. I wish I would have caught her name. Excellent service.”

“I just had an exceptional USPS delivery person bring my package and mail to the door instead of stuffing it in our mailbox across the street. They saw me sitting by the door and handed it to me. They were very friendly yet professional, and quickly continued their route. Since so many of us are quick to post complaints I think we should also post compliments.”

“I just go and drop mail off for work so I don’t have much interaction with staff or anything. However, the one time I did have to interact with someone, she was very rude and blunt. I understand that everyone waits til the last second to bring their mail in but you don’t need to make it anyone else’s problem. It’s usually pretty clean and organized, just wish the employees acted like they liked their jobs once in a while…”
