“We have been purchasing appliances from Grand for almost 20 years. Our recent visit to the showroom on Burleigh was consistent with other experiences. We were greeted and asked what we were looking for, 'front load washers and dryers'. She explained where they were and she would have someone help us shortly. Within a couple of minutes Kevin greeted us and proceeded to answer our questions and explain some of the newest features. After narrowing it down to two we decided on the GE 5.0 cu ft front load steam washer and dryer in graphite (very sexy looking machines I might add). Since our dryer was out of commission it was reassuring to know that they could deliver them on Tuesday (it was Saturday). We needed delivery, setup and our old appliances disposed of properly. We were in and out in about an hour. I Received a text on Monday confirming Tuesdays delivery time and Tuesday morning the big white truck was in front of my house. Jose and his associate came in our house assessed the situation and got right to work. They were professional, thorough and respectful. Grand is a Midwest owned company and has a warehouse in Sturtevant which makes for a quick turn around on many appliances. Their prices have always been competitive and I will continue to purchase from Grand.”

“We needed a washing machine for one of our rentals. I thought the store was open until 8:00. So we drove 50 minutes there. I found out they close at 7:00. We arrived at 6:52. Only 8 minutes before closing. I went in apologize for coming in last minute. They were very gracious and helpful I bought a washer and they loaded it in our truck and was out of there by 7:19. I thanked them for staying a little late and they were so nice.We are very happy and would highly recommend shopping at this store.Kelly”

“Roger in Flooring Rocks!!! Went to order carpet and soon learned I didn't measure correctly for the space based on the carpet we wanted. Roger helped me calculate the amount of carpet we needed and gave me a quick lesson on cutting and lining up the pattern on our stairs. We even had enough scrap left over to carpet our walk-in closet. He was very patient with my questions and explained everything in detail. The instillation turned out great! Thank You Roger!”

“It's a place I can go to get unlocked, my current is dying. I get all my electronics from them! They're a great store with a lot of variety, especially if you're looking for unlocked cell phones. Now I need to get to The Geek Squad to transfer the information from my old phone to my phone. Very nice employees, it was super busy but they took care of me very quickly!”
