“Allis Windows and Doors replaced the windows and doors at my duplex and did a great job. Ben was very helpful in picking everything out, and Abbie was always great at communicating with me about the project. Chris, Steve, and Brian also did an awesome job with the installation. I highly recommend them.”

“I made a trip to Menards looking for materials to build out a closet organization system. Like most Menards trips, I went in with a very specific plan and somehow left with several other things I didn’t know I needed. The good news is that I found exactly what I was looking for. The selection was extensive, and there were plenty of options available to compare before making a decision. Whether you’re tackling a major renovation or a small home project, it’s hard not to find what you need somewhere in the store. What I appreciate about this location is that help is available when you need it. The staff doesn’t hover, but there always seems to be someone nearby if you have a question or need help locating a product. The store is well-stocked, organized, and easy enough to navigate once you’ve accepted that you’ll probably spend more time browsing than originally planned. Let’s be honest: nobody leaves Menards with only the items on their list. That’s just part of the experience. For selection, convenience, and overall value, it’s a reliable stop for home improvement projects.”

“I was referred to Basement Specialists by a neighbor who used their services and were very pleased. I contacted them to disccuss our problem. A gentlemen named Lyle responded quickly and spent quite a bit of time discussing our issue. Unfortunately, they did not to they type of repair we needed, but were very helpful in educating me about what needed to be done. You can't ask for better service than this.”

“I think this store has a wide variety of items to choose from. Everything is reasonably priced. It’s a resale shop so some items are in better condition than others. People who complain about the quality are free to shop elsewhere. I love shopping here ?”

“I delivered 5 skids of siding here today 06/19 my load shifted and I could not open my conestoga trailer as the skid was lodged against the tarp your associate Cole was great to work with while we hand bombed 2.5 skids roughly 30-40 boxes of siding in 85-90 deg F. Just want to say thank you to Cole and highlight his great attitude even in a less than optimal situation.”

“I had the great fortune to get assistance from Jordan at this Home Depot. Jordan was unbelievably helpful and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions with a smile and was such a pleasant young man. From now on, I will only go to this Home Depot if I can find employees like Jordan who care about their customers. Jordan should get Employee of the Year!”

“Shout out to the knowledgeable guy in Plumbing on the evening of July 22nd. He noticed me with an arm full of merchandise and pacing back and forth. He asked me what I was working on. He took the time to see my pictures and what I was trying to do in a complicated situation. Told me all the stuff in my arms I did not need and took the time to go over his plan of what I need to do. it worked perfectly and saved me a lot of time and you deserve a raise, sir.”

“Lately, the experience at Home Depot changed. The employees are extremely gentle and they offer help constantly. Whatever the leadership did to motivate the employees, it's working. As the technology is taking people job and turning into a non social experience, we appreciate the human connection. Humans are super social being and we trust more in a person expertise than any AI. Good job!”

“Zach/Zack in hardware helped me find what I was looking for, and gave me more details about what I needed to get for my project. This is the Home Depot I always go to, but this was the first day that anyone has ever approached me to see if I needed help finding things/figuring out what was appropriate to get for the job. I’ve always sought workers out, but he approached me right away, probably knowing that I was just trying to figure things out on my own. Great work, great hospitality, good job to Zach/Zack! I haven’t ever given a review for Home Depot before, but Zach/Zack deserved it!”

“Very appreciative of Julian in the paint department, he has helped me quite a few times since recently moving to West Allis and coming to Home Depot for paint needs.
