“Chuck is awesome!! He changed the burned out headlight bulbs on my Kia and replaced a fuse I didn't know about which saved me $1000 due to a diagnostic error from the Kia dealership. Even though the location didn't have my specific fob on site, John was able knew exactly the product I needed, ordered them for me, gave me an accurate estimate on when they would arrive and provided a proactive follow up as to when I could come in and have them programmed. As a regular batteries plus customer at this location I've worked with John on multiple occasions and find him to be a consumate professional, who consistently demonstrates that he has the knowledge, experience and expertise to answer any battery related questions. Happy to do business with this location as long as there are experts like John on staff as it helps differentiate Batteries Plus from online and Big Box retail chains.”
“I went here on a Tuesday afternoon, the cashier was amazing. The receipt said their name was Marcell and they were amazing!! Helping multiple people at once with parts orders, regular check out and even calling another location for product for a customer. “One reason is that my son works there and he goes above and beyond… when he notice someone having a prob with their vehicle when he’s riding pass either on his way to work or when he gets off he always offer to help and refer them to get the parts they need from the oreilly he works at or other locations near their residence… I’ve witnessed him giving jumpstarts, putting on spare tires and checking fluids… oreilly is lucky to have him”

“I visited this location and purchased a new battery for my 2017 Subaru Outback. I replaced my old battery with the new battery, that has a larger capacity and more Cold Cranking Amps -for better winter starting. Replacement was very easy -and only took 15 minutes. Batteries Plus privide a core refund for the old battery too.
Some other things to look at in the store include replacement key fobs, batteries for electronic devices and more.”
