“The employees here are always very helpful and friendly! Many industrial suppliers have moved away from the physical storefront model. I’m glad Grainger has not and how this location operates. I will remain a long term Grainger customer so long as they don’t do away with the storefront :)”

“I was traveling from out of town when my car wouldn’t start, after have a gentleman jumped our Honda at the hotel I heading to an advance auto to have my battery tested and possible replaced only to find out that they wouldn’t do it. I then called and O Reilly at another location and was also told they only had one person and couldn’t do it until after noon. It was 7:45 in the morning so noon was a big ask and not going to help. I then proceeded to call the O Riley’s on Bluemound rd where Misty answered. I explained my Delma and she replied I will have a driver here in about 30 minutes if you want to head this way I will take care of you once I have another employee in the building. I understand policies are in place when employees are by themselves but Misty gave me options and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and not stranded. We need more people like her that truly believe in helping people. We can not thank her enough. Truly a caring employee!!”

I went to the store and JJ the same rep that answered the phone went above and beyond to assist me. Everyone in the store was professional and helping someone. I usually go to the Advance Auto down the street but will now start coming here. Thanks again JJ for a memorable experience and for resolving my issue !!!!!!”

“I usually let the car dealership take care of everything but I needed a new headlight bulb asap. Ronald, the assistant manager, was super helpful, professional, and friendly. He quickly determined which bulbs I needed and replaced them just as fast. Based on this experience, I'll be thinking twice before automatically going to the dealership. Thank you, Ronald - you made my day!”

“I had a great experience at O’Reilly’s thanks to Lue and D. They were both helpful, patient, and professional. They helped me understand what was going on with my vehicle, explained the scan results clearly, and made the process feel way less stressful. I really appreciated the customer service and the way they took their time instead of rushing me out. Great team, great energy, and very helpful. Thank you Lue and D!”

“I made an online order and needed to exchange a front caliber for a rear. The manager Andrew at the time would not give me an even exchange and told me to call back to speak with the store manager. I called Misty the store manager the following day and she went above and beyond to help me. She listened to my situation, then returned my money and the difference because the rear caliber was cheaper. I appreciate hard working people like Misty who cares about their customers. As for Andrew, please do better. You can't work in customer service and just come to work to cash a check. Thank you again Misty!”
