“I was traveling from out of town when my car wouldn’t start, after have a gentleman jumped our Honda at the hotel I heading to an advance auto to have my battery tested and possible replaced only to find out that they wouldn’t do it. I then called and O Reilly at another location and was also told they only had one person and couldn’t do it until after noon. It was 7:45 in the morning so noon was a big ask and not going to help. I then proceeded to call the O Riley’s on Bluemound rd where Misty answered. I explained my Delma and she replied I will have a driver here in about 30 minutes if you want to head this way I will take care of you once I have another employee in the building. I understand policies are in place when employees are by themselves but Misty gave me options and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and not stranded. We need more people like her that truly believe in helping people. We can not thank her enough. Truly a caring employee!!”

“I made an online order and needed to exchange a front caliber for a rear. The manager Andrew at the time would not give me an even exchange and told me to call back to speak with the store manager. I called Misty the store manager the following day and she went above and beyond to help me. She listened to my situation, then returned my money and the difference because the rear caliber was cheaper. I appreciate hard working people like Misty who cares about their customers.
