“I needed to ship a very special care package to a good friend and wasn’t sure the best way to send it. I went to the UPS store knowing I would get great service and I was not disappointed. Josh was patient and so good about explaining all of my options. He also custom made my box so that the contents would be secure and protected as I had one breakable item enclosed. He made the whole experience stress free and pleasant. I couldn’t have been more thrilled.”
“Wow. Where do I begin? I am in town and needed some last minute copies. I stumbled into Action DDS. The first thing I noticed was a giant bowl of chocolates on the counter (the good stuff too!). The two gentlemen who worked there were friendly and helpful. I simply had to email my copies to them and they did the rest, easy peasy. While I was waiting they handed me an envelope with their business info and a Powerball ticket. And did I mention there are a couple of arcade games you can play while you wait? I mean, they had me at chocolate but who doesn’t like Pac Man?! In short, if you are looking for exemplary service, with a personal touch this is the place. Look no further. 5 shiny stars.”

“Been having packages and mail come here alot. Sometimes they mix my last name up with another person of the last name but soon as i ask about a package the correct it and since i havent had any problems. The crew here is great and now that they remodeled the building it looks much better. They always greet me when i come and one employee knows me by my Box # (which i like cuz knowing a familiar faces is a plus). But all in all i love UPS and the staff. Always a safe place to have mail delivered”

“I reached out to Mario to complete a retractable banner I designed for my consulting business and he was able to fulfill my order days ahead of the expected time frame. Not only was my banner completed quickly, once received I noticed the banner I noticed the pigment was much vibrant than expected! ( I’m used to my designs showing up slightly less attractive with opposing companies.) Mario used quality materials, he didn’t go cheap surprisingly like other companies I’ve used in the past. I was over joyed to have a product that appeared to have been 3x the cost. I was also given care instructions as well. I will be returning for other products. If I could give 10 stars I would.”
