“I have banked here for years. It is a great local bank where they know your name and are a pleasure to bank in person. I avoid their ATM as the menus are terrible, and it usually takes two tries. It asks you if you want to enter your preferences every time, and even if you do, it does not remember your choices. I hate having to keep answering if i speak english!! It is obvious they never use their own ATM or they would change it. I have another bank and use their ATM all the time, so it's not like I'm techtarded!”
