“Our daughter got married in Slinger. The hotel accommodated all of in the bridal party. We had a tornado warning and we were all in the lobby huddled together. The staff was caring and compassionate to us since a few of us me er experienced a tornado. The room that we stayed in for several days was absolutely perfect for my his ad who is in an electric wheelchair. He was able to maneuver around the room with no problems. Thank you again for making us feel at home for the 4 days we were there.”

“Room was in good shape. The hotel had some renovations going in some community areas. Good on them for maintaining the place. I wish hotels would put more pride into their complementary breakfast.”

“I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in a hotel where the service is amazing and friendly!
My husband and I stayed there and paid online. I called to make sure that we wouldn’t need anything else, but the reservation number and the employee on the phone said I wouldn’t have an issue. and then when we got there inevitably there was an issue with the reservation. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault it was where I had made the reservation through. The front desk woman named Jess was absolutely amazing!! She tried everything she could think of to try and help us. Just literally treated us like we were old friends, After everything is set and done, we ended up getting a better price booking it there and we even got an amazing upgrade with a hot tub in our room, thanks to her. She literally went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy, and it was a breath of fresh air to have somebody who actually cared! The site we that we booked through Kept me on hold for over a half an hour and never even answered before we just gave up because she had helped us with a better price and a better room! Management should be given her raised. She is an excellent employee, and she deserves all the praise for being such a great worker.”
