“I made appointments for oil changes. 2 days apart. Jack finished one just before closing and said he would finish the other the next morning which worked out perfect. He did a nice neat job and had time to do a quick look at my SUV and warned that my brakes would need work soon, which I suspected. After Christmas I will have RUSH do the repairs. Nice neat work. No hard sell. Fair pricing. And even better, 5 minutes from home.”

“Rinderle is a clean and a comfortable place to wait while your repair/alignment/etc is being done. They are always very busy, so be ready for that, and manage your expectations accordingly. In the past, I have stopped in unannounced when my tires were shaking like crazy because of the snow packed in them. They sprayed them out free of charge. They are always kind, even though that phone rings off the hook. I’m actually there right now getting a tire rotation and balancing. I could live without the country music. LOL”
