He also asked the higher ups when he didn't know the answer and reported back quickly. When I came in to the branch, everything he said was done, was (a rarity) and the rest of our dealings went off without a hitch. His calm and friendly demeanor was refreshing. The follow up after our meeting was timely and he did everything that he promised. He even looped in a supervisor when he knew he wasn't going to be in the office.

“I moved from Summit Credit Union to Educators Credit Union. The move was done with COMPLETE EASE. Summit wouldn't hold my DPOA on file. Educators Credit Union has my DPOA document on record and if a transaction needs to occur, will require the identifying information to be shared, as required by law. Went in to pick up my debit card from ECU and I was able to pick which design I wanted and it was done within a few minutes. Everyone was super nice. Even got a welcome email from Gaoyi Yang welcoming me and answering a few questions I had. An email from a real person, not just an automated message from their system. Awesome! Love the round-up savings account linked with the debit account, and the ability to customize your cards! App is pretty simple to navigate as well. Even got a text for more information on a credit card application. Much preferred over phone call!”

I made an appointment with the manager and it was signed with no issues.The only negative thing I can think of so far is the bank teller I spoke with (same one the two times I went in) typed a lot on his computer without communicating what he was doing, so there was kind of this awkward silence.
