“My daughter left her phone there the night before and couldn't pay for her purchases. The next day we went to track the phone, the manager had it and returned it but they also left all her purchases in a big box so she didn't have to reshop! Excellent customer service, really friendly staff. Huge inventory, neat and clean store.”
“We were looking for some new/used furniture for our home. I was impressed with the selection that they had available. The piece that we ended up getting must be on assignment. The tickets showed the price reductions that occured over a several week period. We ended saving a significant amount.
If you need, they can help coordinate delivery, but it's not cheap. They are going to hold our purchase for several days while we arrange our own pickup/delivery.

We made our choice and Brian helped us with all the available payment options, scheduled our delivery and even helped us set up our Sleep Number app to control our new bed.

“We just went in for a quick visit and we've been in the Home Goods at Janesville before, but this one seemed like it was much more disorganized. Maybe because it's right after the holidays. My wife really likes to get candles here but myself, I didn't think the prices were all that great but they weren't horrible either. They do have lots of stuff in here though.”
