“Always the best price for gas; sometimes the wait is a bit long but some drivers don't know that when the front pump opens, you should pull up to it and back in if needed- not wait until you can just pull through to that pump. That is what holds up the line the most.”

“I recently had surgery, resulting in needing quite a few prescriptions over the last several weeks. At the recommendation of a family member, I had my prescriptions sent here. I have had such a great experience every time. Staff has been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or that I’m inconveniencing them. Which is a very different experience than other pharmacies that I’ve went to in the past! Thank you for providing such great and kind service. I plan to have all my prescriptions sent here from now on.”
“Compared to other Walmarts in and around Milwaukee, people actually help you and you don't feel like an inconvenience.
The main reason I didn't give it a 5-star review was because there are times where workers are more involved in their phones or chit chatting with other employees (not about business), instead of being aware of their surroundings and obvious signs of someone looking for assistance (ie: blinking/help lights at self-checkout)
I feel this is part of the downward spiral of society in general, so I didn't use it to overly lower the overall rating of comparatively very good service at this store.”
“After using Walgreens primarily for 30 some years, I switched to Aurora. I was tired of waiting in line inside for what seemed like forever. Outside the wait it just as horrible. At Aurora, there are no long waiting lines. If there is a wait, it's for a short time and there are places to sit. The only time I will ever go back to Walgreens Pharmacy is for meds that might be prescribed in the middle of the night, when Aurora is closed.”
“This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and it’s because of the incredible staff—especially the pharmacist, Lynne. During my pregnancy, I was extremely ill, and Lynne went above and beyond to ensure I had the medication I needed to keep both my baby and me safe.
Lynne is everything you’d want in a healthcare professional: knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and incredibly reliable. She takes the time to explain medications clearly, answer all questions without rushing, and always follows through with care and precision. Her dedication and attention to detail have consistently given me peace of mind during some of my most vulnerable moments.
The entire team is wonderful—Preston, Kayla, and the other techs are always kind, efficient, and welcoming.
I will continue to recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know. You won’t find better care anywhere else.”

“I like to use the online photo service that Walgreens provides to its customers. It is very convenient to sit at home and upload pictures to Walgreens from my laptop or cell phone. It is very easy to edit pictures before you submit your order. The quality of the photos is very good, and the photos are developed very quickly at the Sussex location. “Picked up my mom's prescriptions. The pharmacist is believe was who I interacted with, and with less then 15 minutes until closing, he was not only very nice but he knew who my mother was.
We interacted with one another for less than a minute but it was one of the moments throughout my whole day I felt a little more cheery because a stranger decided to treat me like a human.
I know this is a long message but with how detached the common folks are to one another nowadays is startling and the media is nothing but pain and suffering.
