I like the little cafeteria tables and chairs area just off in the corner next to the deli. With free WiFi it's a nice place to take a break before or after shopping.”
“I was hesitant of joining sams club coming from Bjs in New York but its been great. The selection is expansive. The meats are well cut. They always have something cute for my little one whether its a book or a toy. We've thoroughly enjoyed our weekly shop and we're saving money buying in bulk.”

“Survey was not real clear on where to locate the 17 digit receipt # and u have to drop a digit, which makes u have to count the digits to start the survey and it makes it tricky and unclear a bit confusing.

“Melissa, the pharmacist at the CVS in Waukesha, is absolutely outstanding. Due to an insurance change, I was forced to leave CVS for a while, and I honestly hated it. When I was finally able to come back, I wanted to scream with happiness — and Melissa and the team picked up right where we left off. She remembered me, my situation, and made the transition back seamless and stress-free.
Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. She takes the time to explain everything, advocates for her patients, and makes you feel genuinely cared for — not like just another prescription. That level of consistency and personal attention is rare, and it means everything.
Theresa, the pharmacy tech, is also wonderful — efficient, kind, and always helpful — and together they make a great team. But Melissa is truly exceptional and the reason this pharmacy stands out.
I will go out of my way to use this CVS because of Melissa. Waukesha is incredibly lucky to have her.”
“Compared to other Walmarts in and around Milwaukee, people actually help you and you don't feel like an inconvenience.
The main reason I didn't give it a 5-star review was because there are times where workers are more involved in their phones or chit chatting with other employees (not about business), instead of being aware of their surroundings and obvious signs of someone looking for assistance (ie: blinking/help lights at self-checkout)
I feel this is part of the downward spiral of society in general, so I didn't use it to overly lower the overall rating of comparatively very good service at this store.”
“This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and it’s because of the incredible staff—especially the pharmacist, Lynne. During my pregnancy, I was extremely ill, and Lynne went above and beyond to ensure I had the medication I needed to keep both my baby and me safe.
Lynne is everything you’d want in a healthcare professional: knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and incredibly reliable. She takes the time to explain medications clearly, answer all questions without rushing, and always follows through with care and precision. Her dedication and attention to detail have consistently given me peace of mind during some of my most vulnerable moments.
The entire team is wonderful—Preston, Kayla, and the other techs are always kind, efficient, and welcoming.
I will continue to recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know. You won’t find better care anywhere else.”

Weird, as I've felt every shot in my shoulder I've ever had, just never when this guy gave them. Nothing.My shoulder hurts like hell today though lol.”

“Great store for friendly, courteous, and helpful service. I just moved here a short time ago, (The CVS closed near my last residence- UNFORTUNATELY), but this store is only 1 miles from my home now.) She was able to update my address so I could use my old card from the previous store. Great prices throughout the store. I will be back with any new prescription orders in the future.”
“Had a rather annoying waltz through traveling- multi state-multipharmacy insurance issues and the gal I got on the phone was cheerful, helpful, said what was going to happen, when, “let me check”, and when to call in if said didn’t happen. It was probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in 10 years. I can’t say enough. A++ good job!!!”
“I see a lot of bad reviews but they have been plenty helpful to me so far. I haven't gone inside yet but I'm helped very fast through the drive through and the one time I had to call the pharmacy they were helpful. Maybe a little slow to fill prescriptions. Will change my review if anything changes”

“Picked up my mom's prescriptions. The pharmacist is believe was who I interacted with, and with less then 15 minutes until closing, he was not only very nice but he knew who my mother was.
We interacted with one another for less than a minute but it was one of the moments throughout my whole day I felt a little more cheery because a stranger decided to treat me like a human.
I know this is a long message but with how detached the common folks are to one another nowadays is startling and the media is nothing but pain and suffering.
