“Great place to buy gifts and perfumes! They have an especially good selection of items for babies and young children. If you have someone in your life who is having a child, this is a great place to buy a good quality gift! I’d just like to note that the prices are a bit high here so no one is surprised to see pricier items.

“I’m incredibly impressed with owner Renotta T., and her entire staff. She is a hidden gem in our Lake Country community and certainly one to be celebrated for her artist talents and years of knowledge. She is a talented weaver and still has her one of her beautiful floor looms on display. A while back I had the honor and luck of getting to know her while she was moving from her old location to ther present building. I was able to hear a bit about her fascinating background, her love of quality fibers and fabrics but also the importance of it’s history. She has traveled all over the world and has so many incredible pieces she has procured over her lifetime. For a short time, she had some of these pieces on display like a mini historical showcase, it was truly fascinating! I could’ve listened to her all day though I knew, she was busy creating the layout of her fabulous new location.
She is incredibly particular about the clothing and accessories she offers and it’s refreshing to see such quality, beautiful pieces uniquely displayed. Each one of her staff members that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting are all talented putting pieces together for any special occasion or helping you define your own person edgy style!

“My daughter left her phone there the night before and couldn't pay for her purchases. The next day we went to track the phone, the manager had it and returned it but they also left all her purchases in a big box so she didn't have to reshop! Excellent customer service, really friendly staff. Huge inventory, neat and clean store.”
“I had a pleasant experience working with Maria at the Southwest Waukesha Kohl’s. I had problems with 2 of my orders that I ordered online. Both orders were sent to me in the wrong size, right product ordered completely wrong size. She helped with who I needed to talked to and how to reach them to try to get the problems solve, to let them know that e commerce wasn’t shipping the correct sized product. Maria was extremely helpful as much as she could do on her end. The product that was being purchased could only have it ordered online. Product isn’t carried in any of the stores.
I do have to say that Kohl’s needs to do better with their products being shipped and keeping the sizes up to date on line when ordering a specific product that can only be purchased on line.

“Stopped in for an Amazon return. Great that they are free returns. It was a torrential downpour and the cashiers had a nice laugh at how wet I was but didn’t give us any flack. Seems like a nice Kohls, typical layout, seemed well stocked.”
