“Sam was a great person to deal with during the purchase, but I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the vehicle after being told it was certified.
Once I got the car home and was able to look at it properly in daylight, I noticed a tire valve stem issue and other problems underneath the vehicle that I absolutely feel should have been caught before the car was sold as certified. Nothing I have seen so far appears catastrophic, but that is not the point.
If a dealership is going to use the word “certified,” I expect the vehicle to have been inspected carefully enough that obvious issues are found before the customer drives away. I should not have to get home, inspect the vehicle myself, and start finding things that make me question what exactly was checked.
I am angry because this completely changed how I feel about the purchase. My advice to anyone buying a vehicle here is simple: DO NOT assume that “certified” means everything has been thoroughly checked. Look over the vehicle carefully, inspect the tires, get underneath it if possible, and seriously consider having an independent mechanic inspect it BEFORE you leave the dealership.
I liked dealing with Sam personally, but the condition I found the vehicle in afterward is unacceptable to me. That is why I am leaving one star.”

“I'd give 10 stars if I could! This all happened within 10 minutes before the mechanics went home on a Friday evening! I was at the hardware store in -15 degree weather with a plumbing problem. I got what I needed, left the store and my car wouldn't start. The Co op service manager came out to help me and couldn't get it started. Electrical!!! Long story, I thought I was going to have to call a tow truck. All of a sudden the service manager came back from around the block, said hold on a minute, took my key fob and started the car. This... all after they had already closed for the day. The battery in the FOB was dead. These guys could've went home and left me stranded, instead they discussed my problem and decided what a simple solution might be. It worked!!! We'll be buying these guys lunch next week!”
