“Eddie is fantastic. I was out doing errands and suddenly,my car would barely accelerate and the engine light turned on. I drove straight to T&T. I figured I would just drop it off since it almost 6pm. A young mechanic was there when I arrived and let me know that Eddie had stepped away and would be back in a few minutes, which was what happened. They found that an animal had chewed up the insulation that is in the underside of my hood but that wouldn't cause the lack of acceleration. Eddie said he wanted to also look at the air filter and he took it a part and found that yes, whatever was doing the chewing, had chewed the filter too including some of the plastic and all of it had fallen into the turbo engine and the plastic had melted onto the fan blades causing the acceleration problem. Eddie worked on freeing the blades of the debris in a very difficult spot to get at and had already ordered the air filter which was delivered a short while later. When he was done, the car worked! They had also cleaned out the critter's nest Eddie knows cars. Your car is safe with him!”
“"Saving the day" is what these people do. On way to St Germaine for a week vacation we lost a section of our exhaust system. Obviously needed to be fixed before pulling pontoon 5 hours home. Whereas other businesses couldn't fit us in, Lesley couldn't have been more helpful- within 2 hours our truck was checked over, parts ordered (which took extra effort on her dad's part) and by next morning our exhaust was fixed! Vacation saved! And they did this all while trying to clear their own schedule for a few days vacation. Highly recommend! Extraordinary work ethic and positive attitude. Very fair pricing. “Mike is the man! Serpentine belt broke on a Tuesday afternoon on our way home (still 4 hours away). Randomly called Mike and he drove to where we were and helped limp the car back to his shop. “Was up in Presque Isle in April after a huge snow melt and got rocks stuck in my breaks after having to be towed out of the mud. This caused an extreme loud screeching sound everywhere I drove and I could not resolve it myself. Minocqua Tire and Auto took a look at my car right away and got the rocks out. Service was amazing, extremely friendly people! My family and I will definitely return here for any future auto work!”
“This might be biased since I’m the owners daughter, however I do bring my car to my dad. He is extremely knowledgeable of the cars and issues they have, he won’t ever make you waste money on a repair if it’s unnecessary and is very understand and kind. He studies everything before making a final diagnostic on your vehicle. Very fair pricing, it’s never overpriced and the job is ALWAYS done perfectly. Because of my dad working on my car (2015 Lincoln MKZ) I’ve never had any issues with my car and every time he’s done with it it runs amazingly. He will always make time for anyone’s repairs in order of emergency. Best car shop you could possibly go to in Minocqua and has been open for over 25 years :)”

“I went for an oil change and to have a break light bulb changed.They were very polite and prompt.They inspected the vehicle and informed me I needed the rear coil springs replaced. Since I live alone and it’s my only vehicle. They scheduled and appointment very quickly and gave me a loaner for a few hours will they did the work. The woman at the desk was very polite and kept me informed about the appointment and when the vehicle was finished.They are good people.I’ll definitely use them again.”

“We could NOT get zero turn front tires onto rims. Called at 10 a.m. on a Saturday, they close at noon. PLEASANTLY surprised when they said 'come on over, we are booked but we will take care of you'. Then even when I explained that was coming from 45 minutes away from them (Northwoods shuts down completely on Saturday), Randy said it's OK, you get here and we will squeeze you in.Excellent true and genuine customer service.Will definitely take our future business there and recommend to others!!!Way to go Randy and team.”
