One of the better places to live in Green Bay area. Chris the manager was very helpful and nice about any concerns we ever had while living here. I would recommend this place if you are thinking of moving to the area.

All of our beautiful upscale homes offer granite counter tops, upgraded appliances, solid doors, upgraded finishes and fixtures, washer/dryer, individual central air and furnace units, heated underground parking, storage area, as well as access to the clubhouse, pool, and 24/7 fitness center. At no extra charge!
Trash, sewer, water and hot water included! Not to mention never having to mow the lawn, do landscaping, shovel snow, or never having to worry about paying for a broken appliance! The resident pays for the electric and gas utilities, averaging approximately $60/month, which is extremely low compared to other properties that are hundreds of dollars a month due to their electric heaters.
