The apartments and grounds are well maintained, snow removal is quick and effective. The few repairs we have needed over the years have been very fast. Fast forward 5 years and we had a flooring issue. We didn't hold Mark the owner of the business responsible. It was one of those things happen deals. He found out about our issue. Mind you the home comes with a one year warranty. Mark went beyond and above our expectations with the flooring job. We expected no help as we didn't feel he was responsible. I've never met a man with more character and pride. Make him your builder and you will not be disappointed.”

“We’re really loving our new apartment at the Aria Place. Our 3 bedroom is very roomy with lots of bathrooms, big closets and space. The floors, countertops and paint colors are very tasteful. We have the upstairs closet converted into a playroom and the other closet converted into an office. My kids love to play in the back yard space, I enjoy drinking coffee on the patio, and we’re only a short walk to the playground. It’s a perfect place for our family.”
