“I was shown to a room immediately after I arrived for my appointment with my two cats. After several minutes an intern came and verified the details of my appointment on a laptop. Five minutes later the vet arrived and looked in each cat's ears, listened with a stethoscope, felt around, and gave each two different vaccinations. Both the intern and the vet were professional at all times and answered any questions I had. After the physical and vaccinations, the intern took my credit card, gave me an itemized bill, and told me to enjoy the rest of my day.”
