“Great people great work. They were going to replace the front two fenders on my Ram. I found the fenders online and they went to the Ram dealer and convinced them to match the price that I found. The quote to paint and install was $1900. When I picked up the truck today the price was $1300. They were going off of the flat rate book that said it should take 7.5 hours to paint the fenders. Laubenheimer’s thought that was way too much time so they only charged me what it took! On top of that the work is impeccable.”

“Purchased a used transmission through a marketplace listing and it ended being sold by H&H. Andrew was prompt, thorough, and personable. I'd not swapped a transmission on my own before, so he took the time to walk me through some commons pitfalls to watch out for. He made it clear that if I ran into any problems, to reach back out. It's a scrapyard at heart, so if walking and seeing piles of parts on the floor makes you squeamish, know what you're getting into. “I recently took my vehicle to Mander of Hartland after wind rudely blew a shopping cart into my driver side door! Ugh! Before taking my car in for repairs, I did an AI estimate through my insurance company (this is the insurance company's process), and I knew that the amount insurance estimated for repair was grossly underestimating the amount of work that needed to be done. I was assured by Wade and Noelle that they are well versed in working with insurance companies to make sure any necessary repairs would be covered, and they held true to that assurance. Within 24 hours of dropping my car off, Mander had all necessary repairs communicated to my insurance company, they were approved and my rental automatically extended for the length of time needed to complete repairs. So easy!
While all of this is great, it doesn't compare to how well they took care of my vehicle, and the quality of the repairs completed. Not only did I feel like I was picking up a new car, the customer service made the experience beyond what I could have ever asked for. They even replaced the battery in my key fob! I'm pretty sure that's not a standard service, but I know I appreciated it since my car then needs to be recalibrated after the battery is changed.

PS As a customer, if your rental car is arranged through Enterprise, they have a relationship with Mander where Enterprise will pick you up with your rental, and then when repairs are done you leave the rental at Mander and Enterprise will pick it up from there. Totally seamless, and made everything so much easier!!”
“Becky and Jeff did a great job on repairing my son's car --- easy to get the estimate, easy to schedule the work, very quick turnaround, at a very reasonable price. I've used other body shops around town who charged WAAAAY more and took a super long time to finish the job. I am extremely happy with the work Lemke did for us, and will definitely use them the next time we need body work.”

“Convenient Enterprise drop-off. They're cool to do it. Good people, very nice especially the receptionist. Car looked like it had been washed. The replaced lift gate looked better than it did before the accident and honestly the backup sensors seem to be more certain of objects (the radar comes up when you get close and always seemed a little sporadic for a few seconds then stabilized but now the sensors seem a lot more confident.)

“My dad and I were coming back from a tractor show with a fully loaded trailer and had an idler pulley bearing fail on our pickup hours away from home without tools. No parts store around including this one had the pulley in stock for our old pickup but Tim was kind enough to let two strangers borrow his personal tools and even found a bearing for our old pulley and installed it for us so we could get back home safely. I have never had this pleasant of an experience with parts stores and Tim is an outstanding, kind employee that deserves recognition for his willingness to get customers back on the road safely and has excellent problem solving skills. He would not take a personal tip from us so I wanted to make our experience known and as even as a mechanic it’s good to know there are kind, knowledgeable people out there that are willing to help out when we don’t have the necessary equipment to help ourselves out of a bind. Tim sets exceeds the expectation and is a great human being.”
