“This review is for the pharmacist and the staff. Excellent customer service and the hassle free handling of the communication between my provider and insurance to make sure things are correct is why I no longer go elsewhere.
I wanted to recognize the pharmacist Etan (I hope I spelled it right) for making time to get my prescription to me when time was of the essence. My wife and I were traveling out of town for my birthday and my prescription didn't get to the pharmacy early so with 30 minutes left before our departure, Etan rushed my prescription out so I could enjoy a birthday weekend with my wife and not have to worry about my health while out of state. What a guy!
I was expecting to be told to fill it when I had the time. Nope! 10 minutes later I was on my way. Great service!
Andrea ALWAYS greets me by name. This is unheard of in a pharmacy setting in my experience. Amazing service and attention to detail! She is friendly and willing to help when my insurance tries to suddenly overcharge me or needs a prior authorization. Never a frustrated sigh or eye roll when I needed help understanding why things changed! Always professional and kind.

“This Walgreens has always been a favorite! They have a large variety of items such as: cards/gift supplies, health/beauty items, snacks and beverages, and large variety of over the counter medications and supplements. A favorite section has always been their seasonal/holiday department with a large variety of candy, decorations and gifts. I have been able to order photos online and pick them up in their photo department within a short time the same day. They have a pharmacy with a drive thru option, although I generally go inside to utilize the pharmacy. Prescriptions have always been ready within a short time of the order being placed, staff is pleasant, helpful and friendly. I have always found the pharmacists to be exceptional; professional, knowledgeable, very kind and clearly explain prescriptions, as well as answer questions regarding both prescriptions, as well as over the counter medications.”

Never feel like im bothering anyone and they always take the time i need. Mgr is on top of things and knows how to get things done efficiently. Some of walmarts website orders arent always effective.”
“We took our three girls here today for their first dose of the Covid vaccine. The staff handled my anxious 10 and 6 year old awesomely and then when it was our 9 year old’s turn (she is nonverbal and on the Autism spectrum and new experiences like this can be very difficult for her) the pharmacist and woman checking us in were SO incredibly kind. We were completely blown away by how easy and effortless they made this experience for us. I can’t thank all the staff at the Menomonee Falls location enough. You honestly made my day! “The best decision we made was joining Costco! Not only do they have an abundance of organic foods but pricing is exceptional! People are extremely friendly & helpful. We now buy our glasses, RX & my husband's hearing aids from them!! We also get $$ rewards when we use our Costco Citi Card. The new option is to take the rebate & direct deposit it into our bank account! How easy! We had a $386 reward & I deposited it then went shopping at Costco. It's like getting free groceries.”

“I have been coming to Froedtert Town Hall Health Center in Menomonee Falls since it was built. Prior to this, it was known as Medical Associates, and I came to this clinic for my medical needs for many years. I have found all of my doctors at Froedtert Town Hall to be knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff here are very helpful and friendly as well. I have confidence in all of my doctors and the staff. I always get my test results very quickly, and I like to go to this clinic for my medical needs. This clinic is very conveniently located on Town Hall Road in Menomonee Falls, and there is plenty of parking.”

Sometimes when I come in, my prescriptions haven't been filled yet (I usually come early in the morning) and they get to work on it right away and I'm only waiting 10-20 minutes!”
