“I had some pictures from my phone that I needed to print out but I couldn't do it myself since my equipment at home aren't the best. So I decided to try this place out. I call first but it seems complicated discussing about it so I decided to go to the store in person. They were able to help me in person to get job done. It made me feel more relief and I had confident that they'll get it right. I waited a day and they call me to come pick up the custom photos that I requested and it was AMAZING! The quality was perfect. It was the exact dimensions I wanted too. As a new customer, I will be returning back in the near future! The communication was great! I love the results so much. “I've been to the Fed Ex/Kinkos in Menomonee Falls several times to use their self-service copy/scan/fax machines. The manager and staff person that have been there each visit have been personable and helpful. I left my credit card at home once and they were able to give me a code to use and then I could pay with cash. If you come after 5:00 pm or do you should expect to run into delivery person with large numbers of packages. This is the nature of the business.”
“My experience was a great one. Got there at 7am when they start and checked in with a 9am appointment and was out by 7:45am. Receiver had a pleasant and professional attitude. Will definitely come back.”
