“The center always has smiling admin team members up front to greet us whenever we come in! They are also always so helpful with any issues / questions I have. The teachers in my child’s classroom are always ready to welcome us in with a smile and a ‘hello’. In the summer they offer water days 2 days a week, the children get to play in the sprinklers outside and they seem to have so much fun. They also have done movie days, foam parties, and had so many different people come in and visit them! This center is top notch and always on their game!”

“My baby is almost 10 months, she's been going to Premier Lane KC since she was 4 months. It was one of the best decisions we've taken, we feel relax every morning leaving her there, and I don't trust many people with her care. They constantly send notifications of what is going on with her (diaper changes, feedings, etc) as well as pictures and videos. That way I know she's doing well and being kept in her schedule. When I do special requests like constant diaper changes when she has a rash, they always comply. Also, she's developing quite quickly, I see weekly changes in her development. They call me even for little things like a scratch, which is better than receiving no calls. And the menu is healthy. So far, we plan on keeping her here.”

“This center is PHENOMENAL at providing quality care with a family feel. I can't think of trusting my babies with anyone else who isn't family. They are very communicative, accommodating to parent needs and attentive to child behavior and care. We actually left the center and came back (just 10 days later) because the care just did not compare to what our children received at this center. The teachers are very kind and patient with the children and Ms. Alison (site director) ensures the environment is safe and welcoming at all times. She is truly a gem to this organization.”
