“My kids had been in different daycare briefly at an older age for preschool but when my family life changed and I had to drop of baby #3 at 6 weeks old I sat in the office holding him and cried as I filled out paperwork. Julie was the sweetest woman and allowed me the time I needed to get my thoughts together. In just a few short weeks I will be dropping off baby #4 at 6 weeks old and while I may be sad I know my kids are happy and safe!! I was pointed in the direction of this daycare by friends and I am happy I chose them. They have worked with me and my crazy life changes as well as loved my babies. Even helped #3 with his physical therapy and his delays. You can not go wrong picking this center for your kids.”

“Previous child care coverage left my wife and I discouraged with the lack of excitement our kids showed at drop off.At Jacob Lane, the kids are happy and excited to see their friends and run into the building at drop off.There is always room for improvement in regards to communication though. There have been times when pre-emptive messaging to parents via the HiMama app would be helpful when the kids have told us of some of the "excitement" for the day.Overall we are happy with the experience.”

“Both my kids go to CCC and both started as pretty small babies. They love it and so do we. The staff are wonderful and even the teachers that aren't my kids main teachers know their names and greet us in the hallways. Everyone is friends, the place is clean, they hold great programs and help with important growth and development skills like potty training, writing and learning their letters, while fostering a play-friendly environment that keeps the kids happy. I love my daycare and I feel comfortable going to work each day knowing my kids are safe, well cared for, and having fun.”

“This center is PHENOMENAL at providing quality care with a family feel. I can't think of trusting my babies with anyone else who isn't family. They are very communicative, accommodating to parent needs and attentive to child behavior and care. We actually left the center and came back (just 10 days later) because the care just did not compare to what our children received at this center. The teachers are very kind and patient with the children and Ms. Alison (site director) ensures the environment is safe and welcoming at all times. She is truly a gem to this organization.”

“I will be honest and state that when my daughter first started at COA, I was not happy... the director at the time seemed very unorganized and it took me way to long to get a call back to even enroll. The only reason I ended up still enrolling is because I didn't have any other options with transportation to pick my child up from school. Now, completely different story. Kristina has done an AMAZING job at turning the center around. She is friendly, responsive, everything is organized, the center was cleaned up and more of the right people were brought in as teachers for the classrooms. My daughter use to hate going to daycare, now she enjoys it! I feel so much more confident when I drop her off as well.”
