I started attending Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping in Hudson in September 2023. The Hudson location offers a fun, supportive, and family-like atmosphere where real results happen. I’m in the best shape of my life, and I credit much of that to the dedicated staff, the owner, and my fellow members.

The environment, the culture, the workouts - wow! If you’re looking for a program that is non-judge mental, fun kickboxing and strength training, and one that just WORKS, you’ve found it in Farrell’s. No fads, no gimmicks, just workouts and nutrition that WORKS. Love love love Farrell’s!

I never envisioned myself as a group class person. This place is a game changer. The classes are amazing. The instructors are incredible. The people are awesome. It truly is a FIT Family. If you are looking for a change, or considering something new, I’d highly recommend Farrell’s, it just might change...
