Goodwill is a well-known thrift store chain that offers a wide range of pre-owned and donated items. The reviews of this particular Goodwill store paint a mixed picture. On the positive side, the store is described as clean, organized, and with friendly employees. Customers have found some worthwhile items, especially in the book section, and appreciate the availability of electric car charging. However, the reviews also highlight some concerns. The prices of some items are considered too high, especially when the store marks up the prices of name-brand items. There are also comments about the management, with employees reportedly not thinking highly of them. Additionally, the store is lacking in some amenities, such as fitting rooms and the ability to get refunds, and has a limited selection of men's clothing. Overall, the Goodwill store seems to provide a mixed shopping experience. While it offers a clean and organized environment with friendly staff, the high prices and limited selection may be a deterrent for some customers. The store's management and policies also appear to be a point of contention for both employees and customers.
Great store. I found 6, in perfect condition 70 year old dinner plates, that are high value, for 99 cents each. BUT at this store if you buy 4 or more, they are 75 cents each! Such a deal. They have a lot of new items, not a fan of that. But the great deal on dishes cancels that out for me!
April 2026
There is an older female cashier who, in both trips to the store, treated my wife, who is not white, noticeably differently from other customers. The pattern of behavior felt unfair and I can’t help but think that it was racially motivated. It was disappointing and overshadowed an otherwise good experience at the store.

Rather cluttered, unorganized,no fitting rooms, poor return policy and for sure way overpriced.
