Was excited to check out the new location, as I used to love the Hudson Goodwill. I live an hour away but was passing through. Very disappointed there are no dressing rooms. Tried on what I could standing by the mirror, but put most of it back. So silly, the store saves money by not building dressing rooms but it really inconveniences customers.

Neat and organized. Staff is friendly. Great place for books and movies. Fifty/fifty if you are looking for clothing.

Come on Goodwill! You can do better! I bought a 100 piece puzzle for 5 dollars and 2 pieces were missing. Puzzle box was taped up so, "no," I didn't lose any pieces. I recognized other puzzles that are sold at Dollar Tree and they want $2.00 for them. One can assume they are missing pieces as well. Update. Put together a second puzzle I bought here for $2, and once again there were pieces missing. I can go to the dollar tree and buy the same puzzle cheaper and it will have all the pieces!

When rounding up, the cashier accidentally charged me an extra $2,000. Without noticing I swiped my card and the charge went straight to my account. Big accident and she noticed it right away, calling a manager over to help fix the issue. She felt so bad! Accidents happen and humans make mistakes. :) The manager was very quick to refund me the extra $2,000 and both employees apologized many times. I won’t let this hiccup prevent me from coming back. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful and on top of things when things don’t go as planned! To the cashier, if you’re reading this, thank you for your honesty. I could have walked out and not realized the overcharge until it was too late to settle things with my bank!

No fitting room, over priced. I miss the old goodwill experience

Good but there isn't a dressing room. I won't buy a clothing item that I can't try on.

Horrible. Goodwill you should be enbarrased! We just brought in good name brand clothes, toys, and a dresser. Kid working was a complete j**** he thought and acting like he was doing us the favor!! Didnt accept a prefectly good 5 drawer dresser that worked and was not broken because it had stickers on it. Talked to the Manager (who was very young as well) she was nicer, but stood behind the j*** kid on a power trip. Never again will we take anything to goodwill! Keep acting like this and I hope you shut down...totally backwards! I dont go thru the effort I did to get shot down by a snot nose kid. If you want to donate make sure its brand new I guess!! Goodwill - i hope this isnt the message you are telling your employees! We are good people, we did not try to drop off trash! I wish I would have grabbed the bags back that we left after this, just couldnt believe it!

Least favorite GW in the area due to ridiculous pricing. I find better deals across the lot at Target.

Newer store and it is very very neat and organized. Have not seen this many new items at a goodwill before. Staff seemed friendly.Prices are high, but when you go to a source like charity watch and see that the top 3 goodwill execs make over $1,000,000/year (combined) you realize that many other execs will also be 6 figure, and that money has to come from somewhere. No fitting rooms! No refunds! Only in store credit if tags are attached. Very very little men’s clothing.

s ACTUALLY financially struggling) donate. I have outgrown some of my clothes due to muscle gain from the gym, needed to try and get more. I tried to exchange a flannel amongst other clothes that didnt fit me because this place doesnt even have a dressing room(got rid of it). I took the tag off of the flannel but kept it because its just a flannel, it's gonna fit right? Wrong, but oh well, no big deal. I go to exchange them all because goodwill doesnt allow returns which, if you dont even have a fitting room, is damn ridiculous in the first place. They couldn't exchange the flannel because the tag was off. So what? Its an article of clothing yall can still make money off of. Just retag it...I promise you arent losing any of your precious money. They had the balls to ask if i wanted to donate it back to them. Are you fvckin kidding me? You wanna make more money from what I JUST PURCHASED from you?? Im a regular donor, yall are already selling my things and making a profit. Fvck off. Ridiculous. Id rather give it to a friend, who is also a size small.

I enjoy thrift shopping at Goodwill, but there are no fitting rooms. The policy is that you can only exchange your returns, and that's sometimes extremely inconvenient.
