“We ordered a mattress for our teenager, Andy was great to work with! Then Mother Nature socked the middle of the county with a nasty storm in January. This caused manufacturing delays and he provided updates as he had them and was apologetic even though the delay was no fault of his own.
We had settled on a very fair delivery fee and he called us as soon as it was in!
Andy was prompt oh his delivery and brought it into the house as agreed. We got the bed set up and our teen is loving it!
