“I have a feeling there's not a person in the world who knows more about VWs than Eric. He's been fixing my family's cars since I was a kid. I live a ways away, but found myself with a major car issue while visiting home recently. He fixed that well, but also did a thorough sweep of the car and repaired a bunch of other stuff that would have caught up with me in time and caused bigger problems. It's been running better than it has in a long time, and I feel safer in it.
