“Wow so many bad reviews, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Always polite and quick. Never have to wait more than 5 min. Once we had a wire transfer from someone and it took a long time and we had to go in back room with manger but it was handled with professionalism and the tellers are always kind. I go at least once a week or once every other.”

“It was frustrating on 12/1/2022 when I walked into the bank at 11:30 AM to take out a new CD and they had no one available that could do the transaction. This may be more common at a branch location, but at the home office this is unacceptable. I ended up driving to Watertown where the job was completed with no issues.”
