“I have to credit Eric Schaumacher (I may have misspelled his name) for being absolutely wonderful without being pushy or using tactics. My girlfriend needed a new car but she has significant anxiety towards salesmen and towards a car purchase. Her grandfather died a couple years ago, and he was the guy who would walk her through car buying, and she had a really terrible interaction at another dealer who tried to essentially pressure tactic her into a car. So when she met Eric, she was already tense. He was respectful and kind, answered all of her questions and mine, and he was understanding and graceful about it all. The next time I’m in the market for a new car, I’ll be coming to him.”

“When Honda was giving me issues with wanting their loaner vehicle back, Paul Luce (store manager of safelite Janesville) and Zach (safelite repair technician) worked with me to make things easy! Despite Honda telling me to move my vehicle out of their garage, Zach and his trainee came out and replaced my windshield in LESS THAN 30mins!!! My car was on, and my child was in the car throughout the entire process - which may seem small but for a customer that sometimes needs accommodations, it was truly an appreciated gesture for them to work regardless of the situation. Both of them were personable, respectful, caring, QUICK, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. They took a stressful situation and made it a great experience with laughter, jokes, and great results. 10/10 would recommend! I commend everyone I spoke to at safelite, as everyone was understanding and made my life easier. THANK YOU! ??”
