They were all kind, courteous, not high pressure, quick to fill a need and understanding of my situation and circumstances. No shady numbers on or off paper. “Initially I was irritated that the tech didn't show up between 8-12 without a phone call so I went on about my day. I got a call mid afternoon from the tech saying he would be arriving around 6:30pm I had plans for that time so I got irritated again. He showed up around 6:20 and got right down to business. Not only did he complete the job within an hour, he was a really good guy and chatted with me and my son for a bit after. So it might not have worked out according to the original plan, but the tech definitely made up for it by being professional and prompt with the repair even though it was late. Huge thanks to William who was my tech, me and my son appreciate you very much.”

“They did a fine job fixing my my car after the Madison area hail storm in April. Everything was done in the timeframe discussed. Since it was an insurance claim I can't really comment on the price. All was flexible with my drop-off and pick up of the car. I appreciated that too.”
