“The dealership took FIVE days to get me a quote and today they just called saying they cant find d a replacement window. I called these guys on Friday, window broke thursday night, and if I was willing to drive to Janesville they coukd have replaced it the next day Saturday. I had to work so they came to me Monday morning. They gave me a quote $60 cheaper than anyone else and they were able to complete the job well before the dealership and safelite. I hope I never have another broken window again but I promise if I do these guys are my FIRST call. Its hard to find that level of customer service these days. Good job guys!”

They were all kind, courteous, not high pressure, quick to fill a need and understanding of my situation and circumstances. No shady numbers on or off paper. I received two calls backs to be sure I knew how to use all the features and to see if I understood all the benefits. I would definitely recommend this dealership over many in the area or outside this area as I have purchased cars and gone great distances to get them. “It’s not easy to find someone these days with the knowledge and willingness to overhaul a 1965 transmission, but Denny’s Auto Center came through big time. Morris went above and beyond tracking down good used parts — sometimes ordering the same part a few times just to find a solid one. He tested everything to his own standards and made sure I ended up with a good, reliable transmission.
They could’ve easily slapped it back together with questionable parts and called it done, but that’s not how these guys operate. Communication was great the whole time — Morris kept me updated on lead times and progress. When I picked it up, he even took the time to show me all the parts that were replaced and explain everything.
They even printed me some instructions for installation to make sure nothing got messed up. Can’t say enough good things about this place — honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care about doing it right. Highly recommend!”
