“Our car exhaust was getting a little noisy and Joe was able to isolate the problem and repair it along with the oil change. Their service is always pleasant and makes me comfortable with any advice and recommendations they offer. Trust is hard to earn and McCann's has earned it in the way they do business.”

“They did a fine job fixing my my car after the Madison area hail storm in April. Everything was done in the timeframe discussed. Since it was an insurance claim I can't really comment on the price. All was flexible with my drop-off and pick up of the car. I appreciated that too.”

“The dealership took FIVE days to get me a quote and today they just called saying they cant find d a replacement window. I called these guys on Friday, window broke thursday night, and if I was willing to drive to Janesville they coukd have replaced it the next day Saturday. I had to work so they came to me Monday morning. They gave me a quote $60 cheaper than anyone else and they were able to complete the job well before the dealership and safelite. I hope I never have another broken window again but I promise if I do these guys are my FIRST call. Its hard to find that level of customer service these days. Good job guys!”

Beyond friendly staff”

“It’s not easy to find someone these days with the knowledge and willingness to overhaul a 1965 transmission, but Denny’s Auto Center came through big time. Morris went above and beyond tracking down good used parts — sometimes ordering the same part a few times just to find a solid one. He tested everything to his own standards and made sure I ended up with a good, reliable transmission. They could’ve easily slapped it back together with questionable parts and called it done, but that’s not how these guys operate. Communication was great the whole time — Morris kept me updated on lead times and progress. When I picked it up, he even took the time to show me all the parts that were replaced and explain everything. They even printed me some instructions for installation to make sure nothing got messed up. Can’t say enough good things about this place — honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care about doing it right. Highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience at the Rock County Honda dealership. They made my car buying experience very smooth and pleasant. I was helped by P.J Hanson, who was very amiable and attentive to what I was looking for. He tried his best to accommodate my requests and I couldn’t appreciate it more. Blair, in the finance department also helped in answering all the questions that I had. Overall, I would say the staff was really professional, and great to work with and made my time at the dealership a reality positive one!”

“I would give this place a 10 star review if it was possible but Google only allows up to 5 stars. I live in the Chicago suburbs and yesterday my girlfriend and I were driving up to Minnesota to visit family. I randomly had to exit the highway in Janesville to take a call from work because the road noise made it a bit hard to hear. After the call, we decided to also get gas and then I noticed my car had suddenly started making a lot of noise from the alternator area and there was a burning smell. I just had that alternator changed at a shop in Illinois earlier in the week so I realized I probably got a defective one, but now we're far from home and didn't know how much further it would last before it would fail. It's also 4:45 in the afternoon and everything is closing. Well, one block from the gas station we were at is J & O Automotive and we saw they had good reviews so we rushed over there right before they closed. Oscar stayed late to help us out, was super professional, confirmed that the alternator was bad, and even convinced O'Reilly Auto to get the replacement alternator delivered to his shop even though they normally wouldn't do a delivery quite that late in the day. Oscar really took care of us and bailed us out of a real jam. Needless to say we've made it to Minnesota fine now. This was the first vacation I've taken in years and it wasn't off to a good start so we really have Oscar to thank for getting us back on track. Thank you so very much!”
