Absolutely terrible. Jacob is unqualified somewhat for his job. Sends computers out not working properly or put together correctly. Expect to have to come back working with him working on your computers. Also In the store while having him help me look at my PC he put his fingers in my computer while it was on and could have fried out components.

Knowledgeable and helpful, brought my laptop couple hours later was fixed. Was under manufacturing warranty, so was zero cost. Will definitely be coming back for any tech related issues or inquiries.

Had received an invoice from best buy that i was concerned about, the person on phone said not from best buy they don't send out that kind of email , but make sure i report it to my bank

Don't try to call and talk to a live person. You'll wait and wait and when they finally pick up they hangup on you. Not cool... I wonder how much business you guys lose by people not getting thru...

Had the squad fix my bosch dishwasher. First apt was to take a pic of the serial number and order 3 parts. Second was to install 2 of the 3 parts. Called as it was still broken, and they could not find out why te 3rd part was not installed. Had to wait 2 days as they were trying to track down a part. They could not find one so they gave me purchase credit towards a new dishwasher. It was painful as this took a total of about 3 to 4 weeks, but happy they tried to fix it and I got a new dishwasher.

August 24th, I stepped into your store, paid over $350 for you to fix my screen and after that long unnecessary ordeal, on September 26th my screen stopped working again. Made another appointment and on October 10th, I spoke with Jonathon and Shae, expressed my issues and situation and those two were magnificent with me. They went above and beyond my expectations as a customer. They were very apologetic and sincere with my issues and made my appointment as easy and effortlessly as possible. I can honestly say that Best Buy was about to lose my business but those two associates, flipped me and I will now continue to make purchases from Best Buy!

Discussed warranty issue with member on phone for microwave. Was to to just bring it down. When arrived I was told I need an appointment and they could not see me at this time and I would need to come back when appointment was made. Drove an hour for nothing. They obviously need to train their employees on the proper procedures and they should have made it right for me when I was there.
