“I do construction and stay in this hotel and the Baymont in Janesville WI.. I have never been treated so well as if I was family..My daughter has autism and is loud and sometimes at 3am they always went out of their way to make her happy.. I will never stay anywhere else.”

“My partner got us a bedroom there for our anniversary. Unfortunately it wasn't one of the places I asked for. We spoke to Julius who was working the front desk. After speaking to the manager for refund approval, Julius assisted in refunding the bedroom that was booked. He was a nice gentleman and very understanding.”
“Great hotel, very clean, great location on the river, very short walk to downtown attractions. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We encountered a small problem with the breakfast service and the font desk immediately made it right. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
