“Although this wasn’t recent, I’ll never forget my experience here as a child.The owners of this place were so incredibly hospitable and generous, I always remember it fondly.Our car had broken down on the way back to Chicago and not only did they give us a place to stay, food, but also let us borrow their car and so much more! We stayed for a few days until my dad’s car was fixed and it’s by far one of my most memorable experiences.Can’t wait to go back one day!”

“Good experiance overall. Close to campus and apartments are nice for the price. David always answerd in a timely manner. One issue I had involved new internet with a shared circuit but after I talked to David he gave me a little push back but eventually resolved the issues.”
“My wife and I recently spent the weekend at Hamilton House for our anniversary. What a wonderful experience! We arrived Saturday evening, had a nice dinner and returned to the comfortable and cozy room. The next morning we enjoyed a terrific homemade breakfast. Gloria is a fantastic cook.That night we travelled a short distance to Fort Atkins for dinner and the play "Titanic, The Musical" at the Fireside. Excellent play, but I believe it's run is over. Anyway, we returned to Hamilton House for our second night. Before check out the next day, we had another great breakfast.The weekend could not have been any better. The room was wonderful, Gloria was a tremendous host, who provided the top notch breakfasts, and the town was so picturesque. We absolutely recommend the Hamilton House for a great weekend getaway. You will be very happy that you stayed there!!”
