This place is quite busy if you are doing a live load or unload you have to drop your trailer and park in there bobtail lot they are kinda slow I spent about 3 hrs to unload 12 pallets but I'm sure they are doing the best they can

Fast unloading. Arrived an hour before appointment and got a door right away.

It was a bit confusing to arrive their without anyone there to provide instruction on trailer drop/pick-up locations, but with a bit of searching I was able to figure it out and claim my load.
