“Kinda amazing how the same company can differ in 2 different places. I did a live unload at the Dollar General DC in Fulton, MO and that took about 4-5 hrs. This one? Was here 2hrs from moment of arrival to departing.

For this location, drive along Innovation Dr for outside companies. The entrance further down Beloit Ave (Alt I-39) is for Dollar General trucks only. Just park in one of the spaces to the right, and walk over to the guard house with paperwork to check in and fill out their check in sheet. They'll give instructions on what to do next, which were clear and concise. They are strict for their appointments, but how strict, I don't know as I arrived 50mins early for my appointment time.

Once on a dock, you drop the trailer and bobtail to just across from it, take your BOL to the receiving office, and they'll call you when done, plus a rip off fee, sorry, a lumper fee, if any (it's still ridiculous how companies can get away with charging truck companies a lumper fee to unload their OWN product!!!).

Really easy location to get to, very simple instructions on what to do and where to go, the 2 people at the gate were extremely nice, and my time here was only 2hrs total. Just a pity about the rip off fee (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5).”

“This place is quite busy if you are doing a live load or unload you have to drop your trailer and park in there bobtail lot they are kinda slow I spent about 3 hrs to unload 12 pallets but I'm sure they are doing the best they can”
