“I was having issues with an online order, and after many hours with online customer support, I gave up and made an appointment at this Verizon store. I walked in was seen immediately, and Andrew had actually read my appointment comments and was ready to fix the problem. I was out the door in 20 mins, and the only reason it took that long was because the replacement device needed to charge before activating. I highly recommend this store for fast and knowledgeable solutions.”

“I had one of the best customer service experiences if my life here. I just turned 18 and had to set up a phone plan with zero knowledge, and I was a little overwhelmed. Katherine P was the person that helped me, and she was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to create a welcoming and friendly environment, had excellent knowledge on any questions that I asked, and helped me get set up with a new plan and a new phone on the spot. She even helped me pick out a new case! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. She was kind and funny, and above all, she just felt genuine. Katherine, thank you so much for your help and your kindness. It really meant a lot to me.

“Worst customer service of my life. I tried to switch carriers online and they screwed it up. My phone is dead T-Mobile didn't make the connection. The chat person(?) told me to CALL their help line.

Update to my previous review.
I went to the store in Janesville and in 3 minutes they solved the problem that the online customer service spent 3 hours trying to fix with no solution. The guys in the store were awesome. If you are going to switch carriers do not do it online, go to the store, do it in person.”

Metro did not send me a survey for the interaction so the least I can do is provide a review. He was fun to interact with, extremely knowledgeable and quick at his job. “I was having much trouble with my cell phone Samsung S22 Ultra and I went to the Beloit US Cellular store and they were absolutely no help! They sent me away without a solution for why I couldn't see my text messages, never asked me about storage uninstalling/reinstalling the app or anything. I then went to the Rockton, IL US cellular they were somewhat helpful they told me to clear out my storage. But Bailey at this location for Janesville was a life saver!! She knew the problem immediately! She uninstalled the app for text messages and reinstalled and it worked!!! Thank you so much Bailey for knowing what to do and relieving my stress from this whole ordeal!”
