She took her time, exhibited patience with the 3.5 lb who was afraid of the clippers and both dogs look amazing right down to their dyed tails. I've already rebooked their next spa day at bubbles and bows!”

“Don’t go to anyone else. Seriously. You will save money and actually get the best service. Keith is awesome, kind and will educate you on this fence. We had him install last year. Works great. But, beyond that, he is responsive and really cares. We needed to add fencing, due to my dog loving to eat rocks in an area with gravel. He came out, (quickly!) and added fencing. At a VERY reasonable price. When I called him today, asking for advice because my dog is sad and angry about the new fence around rocks. Well, he gave me excellent advice. He educated me about what to do. This is what we all talk about “service “. He cares and I can’t say enough “Thank you Keith!”Don’t waste your time on big name brands. Just go to him. He loves animals, understands them, and will not hesitate to help anyone. Thanks Keith.”

“I am the Office Manager of an Animal Hospital and Pet Resort, and reached out in November of last year to enquire about beds for our Resort. Dwight responded promptly and even sent me a sample polyester bland lambskin bed. My personal dog loved the sample bed and has been using it in my office since then.We just placed an order the beginning of the week for 32 beds in various sizes, and they have already arrived. We can't wait to start using them in our renovate pet resort!”

“We took our rescue dog Tipper here for training with Rachel. Tipper was brought in as a stray to a the HSSW. No background of any kind in this little girl. She was extremely raw. No basic manners at all. She was the dogs equivalent to the Devil ?. My husband and I were at our wits end and about to give in. But we started our training classes. Within 3 classes she was sitting on command, started walking on the leash and was starting to realize she wasn’t the Alpha. We are so beyond grateful for Rachel and her willingness to give us extra tips and input in our training of this poor little soul. She has now become a very loved part of our family. “Very happy with my beautiful cheery girl I got from Petland Janesville. While they are definitely more expensive than going directly through a breeder, my pup was completely up do date on all her vaccines and microchipping which I appreciate. My only complaint is I wish they would update photos on their website especially for dogs that have been there some time. I'd found out the Dalmatian I chose had been there several months and was significantly larger than expected. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to see a current photo before driving the 2 hours there.”
