For this, I'm appreciative because I've had many issues in the past with a different walgreens. Very clean store and Cashiers are very kind. “Best pharmacy in Janesville hands down. Every single pharmacist and tech that I’ve interacted with here has been friendly and courteous, which would have been a 5 star rating already. But I probably never would have actually left a review if it hadn’t been for my latest experience there.
When I went to get my prescription, the pharmacy tech (I’m pretty sure her name was Amy) found that GoodRx was no longer covering it, and it was going to be prohibitively expensive. As I was trying not to freak out, she patiently pursued every option at her disposal and miraculously found a solution that left me paying less than I ever have before. She so easily could have said; “sorry” and moved on to the next customer, but instead she took a good deal of her time to help me out.
In an age where crappy customer care has become the norm almost everywhere, these exceptional places shine all the brighter.”
