Sam's Club Cafe is a convenient dining option for shoppers at the large Sam's Club stores. Customers appreciate being able to grab a bite to eat during their extended shopping trips, without having to leave the store. However, some have encountered issues with the sample policies, where staff have been overly strict in requiring adult supervision, even for simple items like cheese. Additionally, some customers have reported feeling harassed by employees trying to get them to sign up for phone services, and have found the staff's unprofessional behavior, such as discussing customers in front of them, to be frustrating. Overall, the Sam's Club Cafe provides a useful amenity, but could benefit from improved customer service and sample policies.
Sams Club stores are huge and we love coming to shop, so we usually spend a few hours here. So it is so great to able to get my son something to eat at any point during our shopping trip, instead of having to leave to go eat, before we are really finished shopping.

I was walking around looking for samples and I was going to grab one and she was like " No, you need a adult to be with you to take one of these " Like seriously it was just cheese but anyway me and my friend when down the aisle and there was another one and she let us eat it . So I have no idea what her problem was .
