“Homecare Pharmicy closed all off a sudden recently. That's where my dialysis prescriptions came from. Now they come from Hometown Pharmacy in Janesville. Dialysis & myself are pleased with them so far. They had my new prescription right away. Dialysis called them on Wednesday & they delivered it tome on Friday. The best part is, they'll deliver it to Beloit when I need it again. Another plus is, you're not on hold for long & you get to talk to a real person. Very nice people.”

“I went to this Walgreens a couple of days ago. I purchased the wrong diabetic strips I needed so I went back today. This Manager named Ben asked if I needed help and proceeded to help me. He mentioned if my purchase was again not right to come back and ask for him. He helped me to the register and even went back down the aisle to get me a second of my purchase. While at the register something wanky happened with the register and the clerk called for a manager to come help him”

If there going to be any issues with your prints, the ordering system will kill you to select a different size. The pictures always come out beautiful and they have an amazing selection of options for gifts and original ideas. We recently purchased picture board printouts. Instead of wrecking your original pictures, You can simply pull off the adhesive on the back and add it onto your poster board causing no damage to the originals. They're offer many great deals on their photos and specialty items as well.”

“I’m happy they had my prescription in stock when neither Elkhorn or Fort Atkinson did. The drive through wasn’t the fastest since there was one pharmacy technician to handle both lanes of traffic in the evening on a Tuesday, but it was understandable. The pharmacy technician was so very kind and gave me updates when the pharmacist didn’t show up immediately. I was very impressed! In case you were wondering if they had testing or vaccines for Covid at this location, as of 2/2/21 they do not.”

“I really love going to Walgreens but getting people in the pharmacy to answer a phone and not hang up on you two or three times as they say by accident... Is frustrating to deal with. But other than that the cashiers that are there that are in the store are pretty cool store manager is pretty cool I just wish the pharmacist would be a little bit more honest. Or at respectful especially when you're disabled and you can't get there they don't send you medications that I really needed because I didn't have a dollar to pay for it. And I've been a long-time customer there 10 years ..”
