When I asked for help with kids sizes a very nice worker helped size both my kids and made awesome recommendations for tennis shoes and sizes. “I visited this store yesterday around 3pm. I walked in , and after browsing for about 30 seconds I was greeted by a young lady who worked at the store . I asked to try on a pair of triple black nike vapornax plus. I was not sure what size so I asked to see a size 11 5 and a size 12. Both sizes felt very good on my feet and was not sure what size to purchase. The salesperson advised me that from her experience with the shoe the shoe would stretch quickly so go with the 11.5. I took her advice. At the register the salesperson explained the raffle system, finish line emails, and texts. I signed up. The salesperson was polite , professional, attentive, and informative. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely return to shop at this store.”
“I bought my sister a pair of New Balance sneakers here for her birthday back in November. After about 2 months the bottom of one of the shoes started coming apart. I finally brought it in 2 weeks ago and they gave me 0 issues with exchanging for a new pair of the exact same shoes! They were so nice and wonderful!
Aside from the great costumer service, they have a great selection of footwear and great prices. There are some shoes that are pricier options but mostly under $70 from the shoes I was looking at.”

“The box with the hat was damaged when I received it, and the hat and bow was bent badly. I feel it should have been in a larger box with more bubble wrap around the hat…to protect the bow. I love the hat, but now I have to get the bow flattened…also, one side of rim.”
