Edit: There was a miscommunication on the email that the pictures needed to be sent to so they had never received them Patrick the service manager reached out to me and apologized about not reaching out after he didn’t receive the images and they are covering the repair cost and included additional pay for my time. I’ve took my car to them for the past year and have been satisfied every other time accidents happen”
