“We like to check out BBQ when we travel so tried Karl’s in Chippewa Falls. We were surprisingly please with this choice! Called ahead and able to pick up through the drive-thru so very covid convenient! Our server was very helpful with suggestions, very friendly when we arrived and made sure we had all of the accessories for our hotel room - flatware, napkins, condiments, and plates! The ribs and brisket were excellent for these BBQ connoisseurs! The turkey was only ok - but there was so much food it didn’t matter. The sides (beans, waffle fries, Mac n Cheese and cucumber salad) were all good! Highly recommend!!”

“They have a subway and a resturaunt. They have showers for travelers. Seperate Parking area for semis and oversized vehicles. A veterans memorial site. Lots of gift ideas from ceramics to blankets to dream catchers and hats and purses. There's toys and some stuffed and cute funny or adorable signs. They have a beer cave and a liquor area. Some groceries and toiletries to some vehicle and semi needs.”

“I thought it was a very nice store. It's clean and they got a wide selection of all drinks, including alcohol. And on the other side there is a restaurant. No complaints from me at this particular place!”
“I found the laundromat through Google Maps. Overall, I was impressed with the small but clean laundromat. However, one of the washers was defective, it would not spin fast, leaving soap in the clothes.
The clerk on duty was notified. They paid for a redo but did not tag the unit as "out of order." I stopped another patron from using it.”

“The service is terrible!! We sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. When we asked for someone to take our order, the one waitress said “I didn’t know you wanted me to take their order.” Seriously!? You could see us sitting here, waiting! It would have been common sense to just take our order or even just ask if we needed help! We like the food here but the service is unacceptable!!!! Very disappointed!!!! Needs new employees/management running this place!!”
