I came in yesterday after getting a flat on the camper on our way to Kansas City. I received a friendly greeting from the gentleman behind the counter, I explained the situation and he said he would see what he could do to get me back on the road as soon as possible. All the techs at this location were busy, so he called the other location to see if they had time (we were driving right by there anyway). While he was trying to find a quick solution for us, one of his techs finished up a job and had an opportunity to squeeze us in between jobs. I pulled around to the side I was greeted by a knowledgeable tech who was very quick about helping our situation. He repaired, balanced, and reinstalled the tire very quickly. By the time I got back up front to pay the bill, our paperwork was there waiting. I paid and was on my way with some yummy chocolate chip cookies too.

“Chad is open and honest about the work he does. Admittedly, I've taken my car elsewhere in the past and found myself going back to him. I'll continue to have him handle all of my vehicle work in the future, as the other places that I've gone to haven't been the best choice.”

“At 11 AM, as the 1st time, walk in customer, I was greeted with a very friendly, helpful staff. I explained my situation with a leaking tire and was told they were totally booked with no availability, Until later in the afternoon. Then I was told hang on a sec and they found a tech, to take care of me immediately. Well I was waiting, I noticed how Caring and professional the entire staff was with numerous clients, Which they were on a first name basis, with as they walk through the door. I found it very refreshing to find a business, Which did not just treat you like the next job or a number. The cost was slightly higher than I expected however, totally worth it, As It is far better than sitting on the roadside in c***** weather with a flat tire! “Came here for Auto Care service concern early Friday morning. I was welcomed in and despite how busy they were everyone was friendly.
While there was some confusion with what I needed. They were patient and kind, very willing to help and assist me in anyway you you need.
