“Dylan and Hayes Family Auto are great people to deal with on our 2016 Ram 1500 purchase. The detailed service history, price and customer service are outstanding. Financing, title and licensing a breeze based on Dylan's experience and follow-through. If you seek a no pressure, hassle free purchase, this is the place!”
“I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dealership. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared about. The staff were not only professional and helpful, but also genuinely funny, which made the whole visit so much more enjoyable. They went out of their way to make sure I understood everything and felt confident with my decisions. The service was excellent, friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. They even gave me and my friends the last three hot chocolates, which was such a sweet touch. I left feeling extremely happy with my experience, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and a team that genuinely cares.”

“Excellent service department. I was lucky enough to be able drive my crippled vehicle into Grinwald Ford. I was sure I wouldn’t have been able to get it home. With some luck, they were able to check out the problem and fix it! I’m so thankful for the entire service team, I can’t say I was ever treated better, except for the last time I had another vehicle serviced there about 2 years ago! Keep up the great work!”
“Needed some general overdue maintenance and the staff and service was exceptional. Technology and communication was also top notch. Loved it. We got the car back and it runs smoother than ever. Will definitely be considering K&F for future repairs!”
“New to Watertown and unfortunately have needed 2 tows and repairs in 3 weeks. A lot of tow companies prices were outrageous. Andy has reasonable tow costs and more importantly fixes my car quickly at a fair price. Being able to quickly get my car back for work is amazing. I would highly recommend Andy's”
“When you are looking to buy an auto, I strongly recommend Strong Automotive in Watertown wi! They stand behind the vehicles they sell. We had a major problem with our car and they fixed it 💯 free!”
