“Better late than never. These guys saved this past Christmas. We bought a bike for my son’s Christmas gift and had them hold on to it so I didn’t have to find a hiding spot in our house. I thought they said they were open Christmas Eve till 6pm. Great! I called that afternoon to double check and no one was answering, I must have called 5-7 times, no one answered. I thought I would text the number they text from when bike repairs are done and your bike is ready to be picked up. They replied! They were closed, no! I had misunderstood them at the time I bought the bike. I said I understood and would be in the following business day to pick it up. I was heart broken. They replied and said they would have one of their kids come down and open up the shop so I could pick it up Christmas Eve!! They saved Christmas! Thank you so much guys, my son was so excited when he woke up Christmas morning and saw this beautiful new bike.”

“This place is such a friendly and welcoming environment. They have a wide selection of items for your bike, and a nice selection of bikes in stock. I do like going in the store and the woman behind the desk helped me a lot and installed some items on my ebike, even though I didn't purchase it there. It just goes to show you the professionalism on display there. And the care for all riders, no matter if they're commuters like me, or hardcore distance riders. Everyone seems to be welcome here, and I will continue to do business with this store.”
