“I went today and there was a gentleman working around 1145/12:00 PM. Probably in his 30s or early 40s with a hat on. There was no one else behind me and he probably spent 1 to 2 minutes spraying my car off before I even went through the wash. I’ve never seen anyone put that much Care into a car wash in three years of going to Club car wash.
didn’t catch his name but really want to say thank you so much for the fantastic Customer Service, and love that you power wash floor mats too.

“I purchased a car wash package at the Ballard Road Appleton/Hwy 41 location today, (March 23, 2021) at approximately 10:30 am. The two ladies running the place were phenomenal. Their helpfulness with my car wash program was indeed beyond the call of duty. In this day and age, it is very difficult for employers to find good help. Cudos to this Shell station operator at finding these ladies, hiring them, and then managing to keep the on at his/her store.”
“This is one of those long term car wash that have stood the test of time. Going from just a self service to an automated lane.
The self service side is what one expects from a carwash. The automatic carwash is touch less and rather good. The wash is quick, effective and the best part a drying system.
Vacuums, air freshener and other dash clean products are available.
Over all this is a good service place for cleaning your car.”
“Not sure why there's so many negative reviews unless this place was re-done recently? This is a SELF SERVICE car wash, not an automatic one. It has both a cash-reader and a card-reader for credit cards. For about $10.00 I got 20 minutes worth of time, which you can split between the soap/brush or the pressure washer. Both the brush and the pressure washer have 2 different settings. For anyone with a used car that are DIY-ers, this place is great.”

“This is a fully automated car wash that offers washes ranging from $6 - & $14. Even the least expensive wash does a very good job of removing typical road dirt and a better than average job of getting rid of bugs etc. The dry cycle is at least a full 60 seconds long and if no one is behind you and there's time to spare, you can back up and drive forward again to finish drying.”
